Blackburn College car parks are for permit holders only until 4.30pm.
Pay and display is only available to the public in the evening after 4.30pm.
Alternative parking is available across Blackburn, the closest option being Feilden Street multi-storey (BB2 1LQ).
Please note, this car park closes at 8pm.
